There are no refunds or returns for those already shipped unless damaged. There may be exceptions for hard goods (jewelry, artwork, etc.) This will be determined on a case by case basis.
We can't consider a refund on any missing items until at least 20 business days have passed. That's four weeks from the shipping date. So check with your postal carrier if you think something has not arrived when it should have.

Most items in my shop are Made to Order so there's usually no stock to exchange from. Please refer to the listing if exchanges are accepted for a particular product. You are still free to contact us to confirm there's no stock for your item, we will let you know your options.
Limited edition collection items are usually available for exchange! It will just depend on what sizes are still in stock.
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase. If not done by then it is too late to stop your order from being made.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 7 days past order arrival to file a damage claim!
